Delivery of the product to the interior of the house. Our appliance experts will uncrate the unit, remove all packaging and wrapping, and set it in place for you. We’ll also take the old appliance to the curb or garage if needed.

Additional charges apply for:
  • Installation
  • Recycling of old appliance
  • Moving the old appliance to a different floor or interior room of the house
Pickup$0 Pickup is available with a scheduled transfer of the product from the warehouse to any of our 31 locations. Same-day pickup is only available at a warehouse location. After your order is placed, an online sales rep will contact you to schedule the pickup time and location with you.

* Additional surcharge automatically added at checkout to these delivery options if you are further than 50 miles from a Grand Appliance location.

Special Order Delivery

Grand Appliance can also arrange delivery for items that are not currently in stock and require special ordering. These deliveries follow the same service options as our standard delivery offerings, including curbside ($0*) and inside delivery ($59*). Delivery includes drop-off at the curb or first door, or placement inside the home with uncrating, packaging removal, and set-in-place service. We can also move your existing appliance to the curb or garage if needed.

*Please note that delivery timing will vary based on product availability and is not eligible for next day delivery. Additional charges may apply for installation, recycling, or moving an existing appliance to another location within the home.

Out of Network Delivery

Grand Appliance proudly serves our customers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Iowa. In certain situations, we can ship product outside of our delivery network. Please chat with us to arrange these types of orders and we can work our carrier network to get a shipping quote. Install is not available on out of network deliveries.
